It’s no secret that we’re passionate about nature and from 1st May-30th June 2023, kids enter Abbotsbury’s Subtropical Gardens or Swannery for just £1, when accompanied by a full-paying adult – May and June are prime time to admire Abbotsbury’s newly-hatched cygnets and explore the impressive swan maze!
A nature-filled day out
Just half an hour away from our luxury forest lodges, you’ll find Moreton Walled Gardens, one of Purbeck’s most picturesque attractions. Stroll through the enchanting grounds and keep an eye out for 16 beautiful butterflies hidden around the trails. Feeling creative? Design your own butterfly, for the chance to win a prize! What’s more, meet Moreton’s four-legged friends at its animal park, where you’ll discover goats, pigs and more, or pop by on 29th May to enjoy their dog show.
Lovely Lulworth
Its picture-perfect beach and castle are some of the country’s most recognisable tourist hotspots – a trip to Lulworth is an essential part of any Great British staycation. For a dog-friendly day out to remember, enjoy a stunning sea view and marvel at millions of years of geological history emerging from Lulworth Cove’s rocks. Accessible toilets and a Tramper mobility scooter are available on site to ensure that everyone can get involved at this iconic spot.
Go wild at Farmer Palmer’s
