Meet the chef
Christian Ørner
Christian, who is half English and half Norwegian, took his first steps into the catering industry by studying at Bournemouth and Poole College for his NVQ Diploma in Professional Catering.
Christian has been a chef for over 10 years now and has cooked in the finest local restaurants and hotels, including those with two with Michelin stars, and has worked with the English National Culinary Team. After some time gaining knowledge and experience in hotels, he ventured to the high seas, cooking aboard a 78m sailing ship, a cruise ship and a 133m luxury mega yacht!

Bespoke Multi Course Dining Experience:
Monday - Thursday £75 per person, for groups of 6 or more.
Friday - Sunday £85 per person, for groups of 6 or more.
An additional £10 per person is added for groups of less than 6.

Chocolate Demo
As a Private Chef and Chocolatier, Christian is truly passionate about the wonderful product that is CHOCOLATE! How about a chocolate demo in the comfort of your own lodge? The two hour demo can be as hands on or hands off as you wish.

- Bean to bar process
- How to temper chocolate to give the beautiful shine and snap to the chocolate shells

What's included
Everything you would expect from a restaurant in the comfort of your own luxury lodge. First class service and first class food – you need to do is relax. Catering for couples or large groups, the chef Christian prepares all ingredients in his own kitchen, then simply cooks the meal in your lodge kitchen, serves each dish, and even does the washing up before leaving!
